The Jacksonville College Track and Field team traveled to Hobbs, New Mexico to compete at the 2023 NJCAA Division I Men's & Women's Track and Field Championship. The Jaguars had qualifiers in three events: the 100 Meter, 200 Meter, and 4x100 Meter.

The first event that the Jaguars competed in was the 100-meter dash where they had two different qualifiers. Sophomore Joel Aihia ran a time of 10.50 which was a personal record and freshman La'Tavion Mays ran a season best of 10.58.

The second event that the Jaguars competed in was the 200-meter dash with a lone qualifier. Sophomore Joel Aihia ran a time of 20.79 which was a personal record and helped him place 16th overall. 

The last event that the Jaguars competed in was the 4x100 meter relay. The four Jaguars that competed on the relay were Sophomore Jesse Adams, Freshman La'Tavion Mays, Freshman Christan Cobb, and Sophomore Joel Aihia. The Jaguars had a strong showing within their heat, winning with a time of 40.88, and placing 13th overall.
